How long does Opengates keep my data?

We retain your data only as long as necessary. Account information is kept while your account is active. Transaction data is kept 5–7 years for tax and financial compliance. Behavioral data may be retained indefinitely in anonymized form. You can request deletion at any time. See Data Retention.

How can I request deletion of my data?

You can request deletion by contacting us at support@opengates.app. We will remove your data from active systems unless retention is required for legal compliance, dispute resolution, or fraud prevention. Note that backup data may take additional time to purge.

Does Opengates transfer my data internationally?

How does Opengates protect my data?
